I am sure there are many use cases, but in the one I am facing CouchDB is
running behind a reverse proxy which means a lot of useful information is in
prefixed, non-standard headers that are currently not logged.
Would be great to have an equivalent to
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_log_config.html in CouchDB
