if you add a mine type to a compressible_type that includes a "+" as in
image/svg+xml, the compressable_type is ignored and attachment with that mime
type are not compressed.
The workaround is to use image/svg\\\+xml, but we really should just encode the
+ and potentially other characters that can show up in the mime-type spec
before we use that string as a regex.
