I am all for using a v8/node engine to write a better view server protocol.
I’d like to suggest thought, that we get the new engine going and that we solve
all the problems we need to solve around that before complicating matters by
adding a change on top of that.
Once a v8/node based view server lands, I’m very strongly in favour of making
use of the newfound power :)
