added my branch, currently based off master as 1696-update-mochiweb-2-4-2.
Notes, I found 2 additional patches between our last mochi update and the
current 2.4.2.
those are:
b141e2c - fix mochiweb ssl acceptor
COUCHDB-627 - b1a049bb, 445e919, 010522e, 317c97f, and I've not finished
applying these correctly yet.
