Description:
This is not a bug in Couch, but in my build chain. I included a debug switch in
the settings for building spidermonkey last year and never took it out. It
wasn't clear this would also pull in a different runtime.
I think the build scripts could go into our main repo now, I will do a branch
for this after 1.3.0.
