Set up jasmine for running javascript tests for Fauxton.
- Have test spec folders inside addons that are later processed through grunt
tasks.
- All fauxton framework related tests live in root level test folder.
- Amend Addon grunt task to have option to create test spect folder.
- Run tests using Phantomjs in the commandline.
