Can you run those tests individually? Sometimes there is some condition
where the tests fail when running the entire set, but pass if you re-run
them individually.

Strictly following test procedure:
Build is ok with and without sphinx (python 2.7/3.2)
2 tests are still fails with the same reason.

Removing sphinx from system solves this problem, but I'm not sure that
it's correct solution.
