Description: Couch has a fast but simple erlang-based rewriter/url
rewriter. This could be greatly improved, or possibly completely factored out
as a plugin to allow using the extensive library of NodeJS routers, or provider
better support for nginx/apache2 front-end proxies. But it needs to be *fast*.
