You are right, fixed. Looks like my svn cp was missing a / sorry about
that. BTW commit messages should be explanatory, this is the fix for the
packaging issue Alex reported earlier today that we nutted out on IRC. I'd
love some autotools help to put in a catch for this into my build scripts,
the packaging happens after tests and some additional cygwin stuff.
