Summary: _all_docs "Showing [n] rows" is wrong for empty database

When a database is empty Fauxton displays the message "Showing 1-0 of unknown
rows".
This should be changed to something that makes more sense, such as "Showing 0
documents. Create your first document." where "Create your first document" is a
link.
