I occasionally encounter the timeout shown in the log at
https://gist.github.com/stefankoegl/5772860.
According to [~janl] in #couchdb this is a generic gen_Server timeout (5s) and
currently not configurable. As this might not be enough in some circumstances,
there should probably be a setting for this.
