It looks pretty cool, simple and easy to write and may also be used (with little transformation) as source for docs examples. Since we're still looking ways to improve current testing suite (rewrite JS tests on Erlang, move from etap to eunit and other ideas I could remember) I wonder could this project be useful for CouchDB.
