We have moved from CodeMirror to Ace. We were using CodeMirror 2.5 and we
either needed to upgrade or change. We found Codemirror to be quite cumbersome
and quite buggy. So we decided to give Ace Editor a try instead.
Ace definitely is smoother to use.It is also used in many websites and web apps
so we believe it will be better maintained. Finally the thing that really sold
it for us was that Ace's documentation is excellent and when the docs are
missing the code is quite easy to read.
