The patch is not yet public (but I will make it public today). Mochicow is not
related to it anyway and it has already been ported to the version in mochiweb.
mochicow is replacing the acceptor loop from mochiweb to use ranch. Note that
the latest version is also not using anymore mochicow but a custom rcouch
barrel protocol using mochiweb to handle the requests.
