@rnewson good call on the date and my too-quick copy paste from MDN's
copyright page. They have liberal licenses on their code regardless...but we
would need to attribute them in the NOTICE and LICENSE files. etc.
@garrensmith @ziggythehamster @kxepal I'd vote for $.indexOf from jQuery
(if it's sufficient) over es5-shim to keep the changes small and targeted and
not include more libraries.
