I'm fed up of moderating spam for all our lists (we have a lot) and I'm
wondering if there's a way to just turn it off. So that people who are not
subscribed get a message telling them that they need to subscribe. (I guess it
would be good if this was configurable.)
(I realise we can't do this for private@)
