[~ojeey] this is intentional from a code perspective, but the docs can be
corrrected :-). The startup scripts are different between windows & *nix, and
because windows permissions are very different, it doesn't seem worth it to set
this up - no launchd, init.d scripts obviously. Is there a use case where you
need this, or is it just the inconsistency?
