If user has no permissions to change database security, on first attempt to add
some user/role to it Fauxton shows the popup:

{"error":"unauthorized","reason":"You are not a db or server admin."}
{quote}
but on second attempt to add the same name no error showed and it seems that
value just silently ignored.
