Fauxton new view creation fix
Fixes issue COUCHDB-2201
Creating a view fails because of of two issues:
* design doc info is created and rendered
* it expects the routeObject to have a list of results
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/garrensmith/couchdb 2201-fix-new-view
