Cool, your patch fixes the issues, but introduces more new ones:
1) You'd fixed one horizontal scrollbar (global one, btw. that's old
issue), but not the new one (see small grey line in all databases list frame at
the bottom - that's it)
2) On collapsed sidebar unknown grey vertical line happens. I know that
this should be scrollbar, but as side user, this doesn't oblivious for me and
actually it doesn't scrolls.
3) Note, that icons alignment is broken now even more
4) Note, that FIX ADMIN PARTY button collapsed into two row items: one red
and one dark grey (yes, these two rows are the single button: first one without
fadein/fadeout effects on mouse over, second one with)
