Docs:
- couchdb-documentation repo now builds via `rebar -v compile` using an
underlying makefile
- it doesn't yet install the files into the parent couchdb.git /usr/share/www/
... space, I guess a rel/reltool.config overlay is appropriate?
- nor does rebar process 'src/docs' during rebar generate, not sure what is
missing here from parent repo
- requires recent python sphinx, docutils & pygments -- install/upgrade via
`pip install --upgrade pygments docutils sphinx` don't use crufty package
manager
- built files can be seen here if you want to check them
