    added rebar to Mac OS X dependencies

    Got this error when running `./configure` after having installed all listed 
dependencies using Homebrew.
    ```
    ==> configuring couchdb in rel/couchdb.config
    ==> updating dependencies
    ./configure: line 138: rebar: command not found
    ```
    After running `brew install rebar` it worked so here's my commit. :)
