Btw, which CouchDB to use now for testing? This issue unlikely will happened
for 2.0 since the change which introduced it was about relaying on BigCouch
(and Cloudant) behaviour. So we can close it as eventually fixed, but in the
heart we have to admit that Fauxton isn't compatible with 1.x anymore.
