New Database layout
This is taken from the work that @deathbearbrown and @jennschiffer did in
#33. That branch is too divergent and difficult to merge back into master. So
the best approach is to take piecemeal parts of it and merge them into master.
This is the first one with the new database view.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/garrensmith/couchdb-fauxton
database-pagination
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/couchdb-fauxton/pull/45.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
