I just started a Google docs spreadsheet with the plans for the move. For now,
it only intervenes in the new wiki. It's also very Work-In-Progress.

Tagging [~andywenk] because he wanted to be on top of the process. The rest of
you will probably want to wait till the spreadsheet is more populated, and I
have a better idea of where the information will live (so far I only have a
clear idea of where some of it shouldn't live).
