Description:
There are a lot of small things that could use fixing in the Fauxton UI. All
small stuff, like alignments, font-sizes, etc. This is catch all ticket so I
can patch up a few of them (better than creating separate tickets each...!)
1. The headers are now being truncated to 259px with an ellipsis. This makes
sense for 2-column body layouts when there's little room, but for the other
pages like "Verify CouchDB Installation" it would be preferable not to
truncate.
2. The "Active Tasks" title is the wrong font size. Other pages all have 24px,
but it's currently 19px.
3. The table on the Config page should have a little padding on the right to
make it consistent with the left; the Add Section button also shouldn't be
flush with the right - or table - but have a little space around it.
