Hello ML,

more and more people contribute to Fauxton which is really, really great!

Our codebase has a lot of different coding-styles and sometimes I changed
parts to Garren's and my style to write code.

With more people on the project other people also start to change parts of
the code to other styles so we thought yesterday in
https://github.com/apache/couchdb-fauxton/pull/89 that it would be a good
idea to create a styleguide.

I think it would have several advantages to have our code in one style,
here are some I came up with:
  - help both reviewers and people that want to land a patch in the future
  - reduce time to get something to master
  - help newcomers
  - make the codebase more scanable when reading it

Thanks to Ben Keen who volunteered writing a draft we have a PR and branch
in Ben Keens repository where we can discuss on and even send PR to it!
This is a first draft and we want everybody to take part in the discussion:
https://github.com/apache/couchdb-fauxton/pull/91

All the best,
Ben & Robert
