Tested on linux and it doesn't works: there is no "TMP" env variable there.
Your patch turn situation in reverse (: The proper solution should match both
of them. Hopefully, CouchDB ships with Mochiweb which has a [helper
function](https://github.com/mochi/mochiweb/blob/master/src/mochitemp.erl#L98)
- better reuse it instead.
