Creating new View when on View Metadata page doubles up page content
Fix for proper view removal
Note: there’s a bug where there’s an error when hard reloading the New
View page. But that’s already fixed in master.

> A small bug. To reproduce:
> 1. Edit a View and go to its Design Doc Metadata page
> 2. In the header, click the cog icon to see the options and click on "New
> View"
> 3. Note that the main page content gets the Index section added, but the old
> Metadata page content is still there at the bottom of the screen.
> Expected: the page only contains the New View info, as would be consistent
> with other pages where the New View option is clicked.
