@benkeen making some good progress, this is looking good. Querying views
works nicely. Unfortunately querying all docs is completely broken. If I
refresh the page then the query works.
We need to fix this branches git history. Its very difficult to review. I
think you will have to cherry pick all your changes onto a new branch.
