@benkeen this is looking good. I've noticed a bug. If I set something on
the query e.g set include_docs=true, press query it shows the correct results.
If I press the query button again without changing any of the settings then it
does something weird.
Also could you rebase this against master. This branch is starting to fall
behind in terms of how the headers are done.
