Ben Keen updated COUCHDB-2388:
------------------------------
    Description:
The action buttons in the header row (API Url, Add Database) should be buttons,
not <a>'s and should have a mouse pointer to indicate they're clickable.

The CSS and markup for the action buttons should be standardized: there's a ton
of duplicate stuff between each of the different buttons and there needn't be.

Also, the floated-right API Url sometimes overlaps the previous button if dev
tools is open / the sidebar is shrunk.

While I'm at it, I'd like to group all tray-related CSS to a single Less file -
it's being duplicated here and there (separate ticket?)
