Clarify docker instructions
When I first ran 'make docker-start' I thought I had a corrupt environment
because only one docker container was started whereas I was expecting three
docker containers to be started each containing a single CouchDB node.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/snowch/couchdb master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
