    Correction in the request example for HEAD /db/doc

    The request example for `HEAD /db/doc` is using the wrong HTTP method. I 
also don't think `HEAD` requests should include the `Accept` header (but I 
might be wrong on this).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dickolsson/couchdb-documentation 
doc-head-example

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/couchdb-documentation/pull/4.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
