Will clean Move feature from patch and rebase it. However, it also contains
conflict implementation of copyDoc function for jquery.couch client. However,
both of them are not implemented well (current doesn't support custom target
document ID, those in patch - doesn't supports target document revision causing
conflicts on overwrite) so will have to fix that first.
