Description:
Only administrators are able to delete a core db (with a '_'prefix). The option
should be removed for all core databases if you don't have permissions.
Also, as an admin right now when you delete one (I risked it ;) ) it says the
database has been deleted, but it actually wasn't. The DELETE request returned
a {ok: true}
