Resolution: Not a Problem
There aren't any known occurrences of this on master. One place we've seen this
in processes handing IO to couchjs are already implemented such that they
garbage collect forcefully each time they're used. This isn't so much a thing
you do once as a way to deal with processes that touch a lot of binaries that
do very little work.
Closing as its not an actionable ticket.
