In dev/run on line 126:
I had the same picture. However, in this case ports were shifted by one to
set: 5984, 15984, 25984, so if you also have CouchDB running on it default port
one node in cluster fails to start what leads to random failures in test suite.
At the `Ensure all nodes are run...` script makes a HTTP request to each
node in loop until success (HTTP 200) response will be received. Check the
logs, it seems one node failed to start - there might be a some reason why.
