[WIP] Updating edit doc page
Updates to the document editor page. Should be ready shortly.

This commit contains two things:
- Before #dashboard-content had padding CSS applied directly to it.
The problem was that that was too high up in the DOM to allow us to
overwrite it on a page basis (needed for the new doc editor page, which
will be flush to the edges).
- Started on the header changes for doc editor page
