scrollable sidebar
Thanks to @robertkowalski this makes the sidebar scrollable. This fixes the
issue when there are many design docs in the sidebar and a user cannot access
them all.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/garrensmith/couchdb-fauxton scrollable-sidebar
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
