Right now when you're on All Docs or anywhere that shows a list of documents,
the "Collapse" option doesn't fully collapse the list - but shows a redundant,
second _id row + _rev. This should be changed to just show a more concise list
of single rows with the IDs.
This has been requested in the past, just never gotten to.
