    ZeroClipboard: Don't rely on code loading order

    Bake path to swf-file into release at build time and make it
    configurable for different environments.
    
    Relying on the synchronous `registerExtensions` for configuration
    is not reliable in an asynchronous bootstrapping application like
    Fauxton
