Resolution: Not a Problem
The response Content Type is depended on Accept header in request. If it's
missed or {{*/*}}, or you'd explicitly asked about {{text/plain}} CouchDB will
respond with {{text/plain}} Content Type. This is made to be browsers friendly
since they don't understand {{application/json}} and cannot render it, but will
suggest you to download a file instead. If you make request with explicit
{{Accept: application/json}} header CouchDB will respond with this Content-Type.
