Nightwatch auth moved to separate folder
This has been done to allow overriding, simply by specifying a
different location for the folder in the settings.json file.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/benkeen/couchdb-fauxton nw-allow-auth-override
