mmm...think I got it.
The problem is still here, but instead of displaying database name twice
now you're doing this for index name.
Another biggest problem is that blocks with database name (oh, why it's
here?), design document and index names are consumes unrationale much space
leaving almost nothing for map/reduce function code (@seanbarclay screenshot
shows that nicely).
Instead, why not to remove these blocks completely and move ddoc id and
index and to breadcrumb?
