Summary: Futon loses data from fields being edited on save

When you're editing a document in Futon via the "Fields" editor, and you click
"Save Document", any fields that are still being edited (ie, you haven't
clicked the green tick or red x) are reverted when being saved.
Couch version: 1.6.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a document in Futon
2. Spend an hour writing text into a text field
3. Hit "save document"
Expected behaviour:
Data is saved, or some kind of "please confirm your changes" warning appears.
Actual behaviour:
Data disappears irrevocably.
Note that this doesn't affect the "Source" editor because it updates as soon as
the textarea loses focus.
