I tried different versions of couchdb and erlang. All of them had the same
problem.
Ubuntu 14.04, CouchDB 1.5.0, erlang R16B03
Ubuntu 14.04, CouchDB 1.6.1, erlang R16B03
Ubuntu 14.10, CouchDB 1.6.1, erlang 17
