On the All docs page we have a great tool that lets you select/un select all
the documents on the page, and you can expand, and delete.
There was a question in IRC for how to easily delete all the documents in a
view, initially my first thought was that we could do it through Fauxton via
that selection header tool, but when I checked it was only present on the all
docs page. I think it would be a nice feature to add it to the Views page as
well.
