Please note that Couchbase proposal has a design flaw: you may request only
one or all revisions, but you cannot follow open_revs semantic completely when
document has, say, 10 conflicts, 7 target is already know and you need to
transfer only missing 3 - you'll have to fetch all 10 conflicts and filter them
on client side. This is what will be need fixed when we'll migrate to
/_bulk_revs.
