Fauxton Server for use with NPM
This allows Fauxton to be installed via npm so that we can release newer
versions of Fauxton for users to try out.
$ npm install fauxton -g
$ fauxton
or see `fauxton --help` for options
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/garrensmith/couchdb-fauxton server
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
